GDPR & CCPA Compliant Data Deletion Process
Once you delete your account, all your data will be permanently erased within 30 days. This includes your Shopify connections, ad platform data, QuickBooks integration, and all generated insights.
Follow these steps to delete your account immediately:
Go to Settings
Click on your profile menu and select Settings
Scroll to Privacy & Data Rights
Find the section at the bottom of Settings
Click "Initiate Data Wipe"
Follow the confirmation steps to permanently delete
Send a deletion request from the email associated with your account:
To: privacy@ultragracehq.com
Subject: Account Deletion Request
Include your registered email address and we'll process within 30 days.
Account deactivated, access revoked
Data removal process begins
Complete erasure (GDPR compliance)
