Frequently Asked Questions

Why aren't I seeing any insights?

LumiGrace needs at least 10 orders in the selected period to generate meaningful insights. Try switching to 30-day view or connect more data sources.

What do confidence scores mean?

90-100% = All data sources connected. 70-89% = Some ad platforms connected. 50-69% = Shopify only. Below 50% = Missing critical data.

How do I add team members?

Settings → Team Architecture → "Provision New Seat". Requires Clarity tier.

Can I switch between stores?

Yes! If you have multiple stores connected, use the store switcher dropdown in the header.
